Photo Release and Submission Guidelines
If you are requesting a custom product with your pet's photo from OurDogHouse, please follow the instructions below. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us
Step One: Pick out a photo you wish to use of your pet.
Step Two: It must be sent in high resolution for printing to come out correct for you. Resolution should be at least 200. This is a must!
Step Three: File formats. We will accept a .jpg or.psd file of your image.
Step Four: We need to know if you want us to remove your background and put the pet's image with one of our images. . If you want us to place the pet with one of our backgrounds, please let us know which one. If you would like one of our sayings, please let us know which saying you want.
Step Five:Please let us know what product/products you would like to see your custom photo on. We will create your items and notify you when they are available in our Custom Zone. Items will be available for 48 hours for review and purchase. Please let us know if you require additional time. You are under NO obligation to purchase the product(s) if they are not what you expected.
Step Six: The photo you submit needs to be something you own the copyright to i.e. that you have taken or have permission to use. No custom work will be created until a signed photo release has been received by OurDogHouse.
